Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, a leading multinational company in the healthcare technology industry, a professional to cover the following position:

Technical Services Partner (Digital & Operations)

Job Description

• Lead implementation of digital systems integration projects within laboratory environments (from requirements gathering to go-live)

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for LIS connectivity, middleware and data workflows

• Support integration of digital health solutions and cybersecurity frameworks

• Ensure compliance with validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ) and regulatory standards

• Monitor system performance KPIs to enhance uptime and customer satisfaction

• Manage spare parts inventory lifecycle (receiving, inspection, storage and availability)

• Coordinate order fulfillment for urgent repairs and scheduled maintenance

• Maintain Warehouse Management System (WMS) accuracy and stock control

• Ensure all operational activities align with quality and healthcare industry standards

• Reporting to: Technical Manager

• Location: Maroussi (field activity included)

Candidate Profile

• BSc in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering or related field

• Experience in technical services, IT systems integration or healthcare informatics will be considered an asset

• Good understanding of networking, databases and interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR)

• Familiarity with LIS integration, middleware and laboratory workflows

• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage both digital projects and physical inventory

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (Greek & English)

• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail

• 1-year contract with possibility of renewal
