Monitoring Center Agent

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Monitors incoming security signals to assess visual material, ensuring a comprehensive
understanding of the security status of clients as well as the Company’s stores/facilities
• Effectively handles phone calls, customer requests and emergency incidents
• Activates the necessary procedures to prevent theft or damage to our clients’ property
• Monitors and operates electronic security equipment

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
• Security Professional License (if not available, the employee can obtain it during
employment)
• Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office – Familiarity with technology
• Relevant work experience will be considered as a plus
• Good command of the English language
• Work on a rotating shift schedule
• Customer service orientation
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to respond promptly and appropriately to crisis situations
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple
