 Logistics Manager

 Job Description

• Plan, organize, and manage end-to-end logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, distribution, and customer service support.
• Ensure smooth execution of warehouse activities (receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch).
• Coordinate the full order cycle, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability and accuracy.
• Track and analyze KPIs such as OTIF, order accuracy, inventory turnover, transport cost, and productivity.
• Develop and implement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage relationships with external partners (transport companies, suppliers, 3PL providers).
• Handle operational issues, customer complaints, and logistics-related challenges.
• Prepare reports and provide insights to management.
• Lead, supervise, and develop the logistics team.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments (Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Procurement).
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Logistics / Supply Chain roles.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations, distribution, and transportation management.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and logistics processes.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems; SAP knowledge is considered an asset (preferred).
• Familiarity with WMS and logistics software.
• Very good command of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership skills and team management experience.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
