IT Writer
Job Description
• Draft, edit, and deliver high-quality proposals in response to public and private tenders.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to gather information and shape solutions aligned with client requirements.
• Analyze tender documents (RFPs/RFIs) and synthesize technical and strategic inputs into clear, structured narratives.
• Ensure consistency, clarity, and impact across all written content.
• Incorporate market and consumer insights into proposals to position the company competitively.
• Maintain and update the proposal content library and document templates.
• Integrate feedback from past submissions to improve future documentation quality and competitiveness.
• Support in the editing and delivery of IT related documentation based on contractual obligations
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Communications, English, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in proposal writing, preferably within the IT sector.
• Ability to understand and translate technical requirements into structured, persuasive content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Greek is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines with high-quality deliverables.
• Familiarity with project lifecycles, IT services, and digital solution offerings.
