                                                           HR Consultant - Permanent Placement Division(Marousi)

Job Description

• Have full autonomy over own recruitment assignments with direct accountability for personal sales targets and revenue generation
• Manage end-to-end recruitment projects for middle to senior level profiles
• Source, assess and present shortlisted candidates aligned with client requirements and manage interview processes, ensuring candidates are fully briefed and prepared
• Actively participate in meetings with clients, presenting executive search service to promote company’s image and source new business, as well as follow-up on these activities
• Act as a key contributor to business growth by proactively identifying, approaching and converting new clients, while expanding and developing existing accounts
• Build, develop and maintain long-term client relationships through continuous engagement with Line Managers and decision-makers, identifying additional recruitment and business opportunities
• Maintain strong candidate networks, ensuring long-term engagement and availability

Candidate Profile

• University degree in Business, Social Sciences or a related field
• Master’s degree in HR or a relevant discipline will be considered an asset
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within a consulting or executive search environment
• Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken)
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Results-driven mindset with strong customer, service and commercial orientation
