Job Summary

To contribute to the effective planning and implementation of the company’s communication activities, supporting corporate reputation, stakeholder engagement and digital presence, by developing content, coordinating communication initiatives and managing digital communication channels in alignment with the corporate strategy, vision and values. This is a great opportunity to join a leading strategic communications organization on an 18-month fixed-term contract, add value from day one, and contribute to impactful communication initiatives.

Job description
  • Contribute to the planning and implementation of corporate communication programs, campaigns and initiatives (external, CSR, digital and employer branding).
  • Develop, draft, review and coordinate the approval of communication materials, including press releases, articles, newsletters, speeches, presentations and internal announcements, ensuring consistency in messaging and tone of voice.           
  • Monitor media coverage and social media performance, prepare structured reports and actionable insights.
  • Support press office activities by coordinating media materials, responding to media requests under guidance and contributing to the cultivation of media relationships.
  • Actively support the handling of the company’s social media presence, including content planning, copywriting, coordination of visuals, publishing and day-to-day community management; monitor social media campaigns and interpret performance metrics.
  • Oversee the regular update and content accuracy of corporate digital properties, including the corporate website and other digital platforms.
  • Participate in the organization and implementation of company’s events both centrally and locally, acting as a communications focal point for assigned initiatives.            
  • Establish relationships and coordinate communication projects with internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with agreed objectives.
  • Support communication-related aspects of crisis preparedness and issue management, following established procedures and guidelines.          
  • Promote corporate values, culture and responsible operating principles through consistent and engaging communication.
Candidate profile
  • 3+ years of experience in Communications, Digital Communications, PR or related roles (in-house and/or agency).
  • Strong interpersonal skills (approachable, empathetic, enthusiastic, team-player)
  • Ability to work with increased autonomy and accountability.
  • Strong writing, editing and content development skills in Greek and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; SAP knowledge is an asset.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Tech-savvy, with familiarity in digital platforms and social media tools.
  • Ability to engage confidently with internal stakeholders and external partners.
