Commercial Specialist – Performance Marketing ( Chalandri)




Job Description

Paid Media & Acquisition 

•    Plan, launch and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Social, Display and Video .
•    Manage keyword and bid strategies to improve CPL and ROI.
•    Monitor performance and optimize based on conversions and revenue impact . 

SEO & Organic Growth

•    Support SEO initiatives and site optimization for lead generation.
•    Stay updated on AI - driven search ( LLMs, AI, Overviews ) and adjust strategies accordingly. 
•    Conduct audits, implement recommendations and benchmark against competitors  .  

Analytics & Optimization

•    Analyze performance using GA4, Adobe Analytics, and other analytics tools.
•    Use platforms like Semji, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Plausible to track results and competitive benchmarks.
•    Provide insights, optimize spend, and identify opportunities for new channels and service expansion.
•    Collaborate with internal/external teams to test and improve the end - to end multi - channel customer experience.

Candidate Profile

•    University degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration.  
•    1 year of professional experience in digital marketing, growth, or acquisition roles within enterprise environments. 
•    Hands- on experience with Google Ads and social Ads .
•    Data - driven and proven ability to analyze data for insights through Google or Adobe Analytics.
•    Strong Excel and data visualization ability .
•    High technical fluency in Greek and English.
