Business Analyst

Job Description

• Analyze data extracted from CRM/IQVIA systems
• Provide strategic recommendations for business improvement and development
• Prepare reports and dashboards using Excel and CRM tools
• Conduct market and competitive research, presenting actionable insights
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams
• Participate in the development of marketing plans for all company products

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of CRM and IQVIA data extraction and analysis
• Very good command of the English language
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to take initiative and perform effectively under pressure
• Team-oriented mindset with strategic thinking abilities
