Administrative Assistant
Job Description:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the team.
- Manage daily communication, correspondence and scheduling.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports and presentations.
- Maintain structured filing systems and support office operations.
- Coordinate meetings and assist in internal and external activities.
Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience in an administrative/secretarial role.
- Excellent communication skills in Greek & English.
- Strong command of MS Office and attention to detail.
- Organizational mindset, multitasking ability and professionalism.
- Team-player with a proactive and service-oriented approach.
