Ihre Herausforderung

• Development and realization of specific manufacturing processes from pilot scale-up to full scale manufacturing for components based on electro-active polymers
• Ensure achievement of targets regarding process and product performance parameters, timeline and budget
• Cooperation with external and internal partners, as well as stakeholders
• Continuous process improvement and optimization

Ihre Kompetenz

• Master's degree in Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical or Process Engineering with a focus on manufacturing and automation
• Experience in development and realization of non-standard manufacturing processes with a high degree of automation
• Knowledge of innovative manufacturing technologies and methods (i. e. material printing and deposition, injection molding of polymer materials, assembly, automation or robotics)
• Good CAD design and MS-Office skills
• Self-driven, result-oriented character with very good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel up to 20%
• Fluency in English and German (both min. level C1)
