For our trusted client, we are looking for Video and Motion Designer.


Responsibilities:

As a Video and Motion Designer, you will create compelling visual storytelling through video and motion graphics. Working closely with the design teams, you will ensure high-quality motion assets that enhance training and education, identity and user engagement. 
Your work will consist of simplifing complex concepts and processes into simple and impactful videos and motion graphics. 
You will define and develop motion design strategies, abstract and generalize requirements to ensure scalable and impactful work. A key task is maintaining consistency across motion assets, aligning with brand guidelines, and preparing templates for efficient production.


•    Develop, define and maintain a motion design system to ensure brand consistency.
•    Create high-quality video and animation content for various platforms, including social media, digital marketing, and product UI.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, marketers and developers, to integrate motion into campaigns and products.
•    Stay up to date with motion design trends and implement innovative techniques to enhance storytelling.
•    Work on end-to-end video production, from concept and storyboard development to editing, sound design, and post-production.


Requirements:

•    Strong portfolio showcasing video editing, motion graphics and animation skills.
•    Proven track record in creating engaging motion content for digital platforms.
•    Are proficient in storytelling, pacing and video composition to create visually compelling narratives.
•    Can present, visualize and communicate ideas at different project stages in a structured 
•    and engaging way.
•    Strong motion design skills and the ability to create visually compelling animations that support storytelling.
•    2-5 years of professional experience in video editing, motion graphics, or animation.
•    Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, or equivalent.
•    A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Motion Design, Graphic Design, Media Production, or a related field with relevant experience will be considered as an advantage.
•    Very good English skills.
