UX Writer

For one of our trusted partners – one of Europe’s largest software providers, we are looking for we are looking for a UX Writer to help share and evolve their Web Design System as part of a large internal project. The person will ensure their design system communicates clearly and effectively and helps the user complete their desired actions.

 

 

 

What you will do:

• Еnsure the design system communicates clearly and effectively and helps the user complete their desired actions

• Write and copy-edit clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation for the web design system component specifications and guidelines/Portal

• Define and evolve the guideline content strategy

• Craft intuitive and helpful UI text, including labels, tooltips, etc.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, designers, developers, product owners, accessibility experts, counterparts in other product teams to deliver consistent and helpful copy for design system components as well as to provide clear, concise and helpful documentation like Guidelines and Design specifications

• Ensure consistency and adherence to the standard terminology defined in Product standard UX consistency

• Participate in usability testing and research to understand the users

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in UX writing and user-centered design.

 

 

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• A background in communications paired with a solid understanding of the UX process

• 4+ years proven experience as a UX Writer, Content Designer, or similar role, preferably from within international environment

• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills

• Ability to express complex information in a clear and precise manner

• Proficiency in English

• Excellent communication, organizational and collaboration skills, attention to detail

• Interest and ability to work on project based assignment

 

 

What we consider as a strong advantage:

• A degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• Knowledge of CMS and versioning

•Experience working with design systems

• Understanding of accessibility principles and how they apply to content
