Job Purpose:
We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to manage and support our client field sales systems, distributor, and wholesaler data, ensuring everything runs smoothly and accurately. You will be responsible for maintaining system data, supporting users, and helping implement new features across field sales and CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support distributors’ and wholesalers’ systems and their ERP integration.
  • Monitor and improve the accuracy of distributor/wholesaler data.
  • Manage content, users, and roles in field sales systems (e.g., Showpad, Salesforce, RedOne).
  • Create scorecards and reports to guide field sales teams and Key Account Managers.
  • Test and implement new system updates or features in field sales tools.
  • Handle technical queries and escalate complex issues when needed.
  • Analyze data, create incident reports, and provide actionable insights.
  • Train users on field sales tools and CRM systems.
  • Manage CRM user access, onboarding/offboarding, and local customizations.
  • Communicate IT issues to stakeholders and ensure smooth system operations.

Requirements:
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar technical support or system administration role.
  • Proficient in English and Dutch, minimum level B2/C1.
  • A few years of practical experience with Excel
  • University degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience training others in new processes or tools.
  • Strong skills in software troubleshooting, commercial software (e.g., Salesforce), service management tools, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Flexible, proactive, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
