Currently, for one of our trusted clients - a law firm, based in the heart of Sofia, we are searching for Administrative Assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Writing various texts in English and Bulgarian;
- Maintain the office in terms of office supplies, courier orders, etc.
- Organizing meetings and welcoming clients;
- Ensure file organization based on office protocol
- Monitoring current tasks and preparing schedules;
- Organizing marketing and advertising activities;
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written Bulgarian and English language
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Bulgarian or English philology (preferable)
- Proficient user of MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills
