Due to the further need of our trusted client, production company, we are looking to hire a TEAM LEAD PRODUCTION ENGINEERS


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and develop the production engineering team.
• Coordinate projects for the implementation of new technologies, machinery, and production processes.
• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure product quality.
• Drive continuous improvement activities in quality, cycle times, process improvement, machine availability through lean techniques and value engineering to enhance the capability of existing processes and reduce loses.
• Lead problem solving teams.
• Ensure compliance with internal safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Provide strong leadership, outstanding people skills and management to ensure people strategy, team development and technological grow.

Key requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or related technical fields;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a production engineering role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position;
• Excellent written and spoken English (level В2);
• Proven experience in process analysis and improvement projects;
• Proficiency in manufacturing software (ERP, MES, etc.);
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
