SENIOR PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST

For our client, manufacturing company, we are seeking to hire: SENIOR PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with the organization's goals.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions to ensure favorable agreements.
• Evaluate and assess vendor performance regularly
• Collaborate with technical teams to determine specifications and standards.
• Streamline procurement processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
• Monitor and control expenditures to align with financial objectives.

Required Knowledge & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 
• Proven experience in technical procurement, with a focus on Production, tools, and/or related services.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards.
• Experience with ERP (SAP preferably)
• Fluency in English
