Planning Coordinator with French or Dutch

We are currently looking for a Planning Coordinator with French or Dutch for one of our most trusted clients - a leading FMCG company.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Coordinate trade marketing logistics and forecast inventory needs during promotions
• Support the execution of field sales marketing plans and manage internal/external requests
• Liaise with agencies for production, billing, and delivery of promotional materials
• Oversee PoS materials inventory and ensure timely replenishment and budget control
• Contribute to physical and digital signage creation, aligning with brand guidelines and supporting field teams

 

 

Qualifications:

 

• Fluency in English and French or Dutch (both spoken and written)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce, or other CRM/ERP systems is a plus
• Background in Trade Marketing, Commercial Coordination, or Retail Execution
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate across teams
