For one of our most trusted clients, we are currently looking a Learning & Development Coordinator. The Training Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Education Services team by enhancing the learner experience and ensuring smooth communication. This role serves as the main point of contact for training inquiries, assists with the LMS platform, and contributes to delivering engaging learning experiences, while handling communications and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Handles learner inquiries, registration support, and maintains records in LMS/CRM systems.
  • Assists users with issues on the learning platform and works with relevant teams to resolve them.
  • Optimizes content navigation, identifies issues in course structure, and analyzes feedback and completion data.
  • Responds to learners with empathy and professionalism; proactively manages dissatisfaction.
  • Supports social media content planning and updates internal and external communication channels.
  • Coordinates logistics, hosts sessions, introduces speakers, and moderates Q&A.
  • Works closely with marketing, operations, training, partnerships, and support departments.

Requirements:
  • Completed secondary specialized education in business or a related field; a university degree is mandatory.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Previous experience in data processing and/or customer service is an advantage.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and accurately with different types of people.
  • Required prior experience with computer systems, word processing, spreadsheets, and billing systems.
  • Positive interaction with all points of contact.
  • High level of personal and professional integrity.
  • Commitment to maintaining up-to-date technical skills.
