IT Business Consultant – SAP Service / PM

For our trusted client, we are looking for an IT Business Consultant – SAP Service / PM.

We are looking for an IT Business Consultant with strong SAP Service or SAP PM background to support and further develop SAP service-related solutions in an international environment.


Responsibilities:

•    Design and implement SAP Service solutions based on business requirements and SAP best practices
•    Translate end-to-end service processes into SAP system solutions, following Clean Core principles
•    Participate in SAP implementation and rollout projects, including testing, go-live, and hypercare
•    Act as a trusted SAP advisor for business stakeholders
•    Collaborate with other SAP teams to ensure seamless process integration
•    Manage system changes, enhancements, and quality assurance
•    Support SAP landscape evolution (S/4HANA, Fiori, Cloud, BTP initiatives)


Requirements:

•    Several years of experience in SAP Customer Service (CS) or SAP PM (PM combined with SD is a strong advantage)
•    Experience with SAP S/4 Service and/or SAP Cloud Field Service Management (FSM) is a major plus
•    Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and debug ABAP code
•    Good understanding of end-to-end SAP service and maintenance processes
•    Experience with SAP S/4HANA and modern SAP technologies
•    Strong communication and analytical skills
•    Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus
•    Willingness to travel within Europe if required
