HR Generalist

Role Overview:

For one of our clients, Italian manufacturing company, we are currently looking for HR Generalist, who will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, administration and employee onboarding.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the process of recruiting, hiring and onboarding new employees.
• Administration of documentation and payroll processing.
• Good knowledge in Bulgarian legislation.
• Participating in the formulation of the company's annual HR budget.
• Мentoring HR assistants.

 

Job Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Human Resources Specialist, preferrаbly in an international manufacturing environment.
• Very good knowledge in English - B2 or above.
• University degree in business administration or related field.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with people at all levels.
