Ground Operations Supervisor (Airport)

Main Responsibilities:
• Supervision of all ground operations at the airport;
• Monitoring and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs);
• Coordination with partners and colleagues to ensure smooth operations;
• Conducting audits, daily checks, and Mystery/Turnaround inspections;
• Supporting the Ground Operations Manager in optimizing processes;
• Administrative and reporting tasks, information and systems management.

Requirements:
• Experience in ground operations or with an airline;
• Completed secondary or higher education;
• Excellent command of English – written and spoken;
• Strong communication and organizational skills;
• Computer literacy – MS Office;
• Proactiveness, energy, and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
