On behalf of our trusted partner, international company which provides and manages large‑scale telecommunications infrastructure, including building and operating telecom towers to support reliable mobile network connectivity, we are looking for an experienced:


Fixed Asset Inventory Accountant


Main responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and uptodate fixed asset registers for the company, including acquisition, capitalization, depreciation, transfers, and disposals.
  • Track asset movements and support periodic physical verification to ensure alignment between records and actual assets.
  • Manage detailed inventory records, ensuring accurate valuation, quantities, and reconciliation of physical counts with system balances.
  • Prepare periodic inventory reports including valuation, usage, slowmoving and obsolete stock analyses.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes by ensuring timely and accurate FA & Inventory data in the financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and regulations in all relevant European jurisdictions.
  • Provide data and analysis to internal and external auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies as required.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Operations, Projects, Commercial, IT, HR, and Group Reporting.
  • Contribute to additional accounting activities such as AP, AR, project accounting, cash management, and procurement when needed.


Main Requirements:
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in accounting, ideally within Fixed Assets and/or Inventory.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles, IFRS, local GAAP and European regulatory guidelines.
  • Experience working with MS Office; ERP system knowledge required (Oracle is an advantage).
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly present financial information.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an international, crossfunctional team.
  • Fluency in English and Bulgarian.
