DEPUTY QUALITY MANAGER

On behalf of our trusted client, a manufacturing company, we are seeking to hire a DEPUTY QUALITY MANAGER


Main Responsibilities:
 

• Participating in the establishment of company’s quality procedures, standards and specifications;
• Reviewing customer requirements and making sure they are met;
• Working with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements for external suppliers;
• Establishing yearly audit schedule;
• Executing internal product, process and system audits;
• Making sure that manufacturing or production processes meet international, national, customer and company standards;
• Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures;
• Travel to suppliers for auditing or cooperation development purposes;
• Visiting customers for meeting to discuss quality plans or investigating particular quality issues and handle independently escalations;
• Identify liability risks, recognize, avoid or minimize and control them in product development throughout the product and process engineering process with the help of expert knowledge.

Key Requirements:
 

• Bachelor or master degree in Engineering and manufacturing or similar;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality management relative position in automotive industry;
• Proven experience in managing customer and supplier claims;
• Certificate in Quality Management Systems Audit, e.g IATF, VDA 6.3, ISO14001, etc.;
• Ability and willingness to travel (with short notice);
• Proficient in English;
