Role Overview
We are seeking a Data Management Specialist fluent in Swedish and English for a leading FMCG company. You'll support Key Account Managers and Sales Specialists, ensuring high-quality commercial administration and sales support.

Job Purpose
Manage verbal and written communication with internal and external customers within data management, including customer onboarding, master data quality, re-reported volume data, and service-related matters. Deliver high-quality work timely, collaborating closely with local and in-country teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain customer profiles and master data hierarchies
  • Align master data across systems and perform data housekeeping
  • Map and validate external customer data
  • Handle incoming cases via phone and email
  • Upload and validate re-reported data from customers and wholesalers
  • Manage equipment audit processes
  • Collaborate with internal commercial, data, and process teams, plus external customers and data providers.


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service via phone and email
  • Fluent English and Swedish
  • Experience in data analysis and managing large data files
  • Proficient in Excel and/or Power BI
  • Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
  • Quick learner, adaptable communicator
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, flexible
