For one of our clients, а company specializing in engineering and manufacturing services, we are looking for a Business Development Specialist.

Main Accountabilities:

•    Generate leads through various channels, including research, events, and referrals
•    Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients 
•    Develop and implement sales strategies, focusing on both key accounts and small clients
•    Prepare and present tailored proposals to clients
•    Work closely with the Sales Manager and General Manager
•    Attend industry events in Bulgaria and abroad to promote products and expand network
•    Provide routine reports on sales activities, client feedback and market developments to management

Job Requirements:

•    Fluent in Bulgarian and English 
•    University degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
•    Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a relevant field
•    Previous track record in electronics is considered an advantage
•    Pro-active hunter with excellent communication, negotiation and organizational skills
•    Capable of executing marketing initiatives (i.e identifying and engaging potential prospects through research and events in order to approach and attract their interest)
•    Willingness to travel and attend events locally and internationally
