On behalf of our trusted client, a leading global advisory company, focused on wide range of commercial real estate services, we are looking for a Back Office Sales Specialist to join their Office Space department.
Responsibilities:
- Sales & Leasing Support: Assist consultants with preparing presentations, proposals, property comparison reports and closing documentation
- Legal Support: Assist in preparing representation agreements with both landlords and tenants, including basic negotiation coordination, organizing signatures, and uploading to the CRM systems; Assist in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance documents
- Transaction Coordination: Collect and systematize technical and marketing information about office buildings and available spaces; Organize and prepare protocols for property viewings; Issue invoices related to brokerage services and completed deals;
- Database Management: Maintain and update CRM systems with contacts, companies, leads, opportunities, and deal progress
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proactive, reliable, and a strong communicator
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience in an administrative, support, or assistant role
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Excellent written and verbal communication in both Bulgarian and English
- A natural team player who enjoys helping others and getting things done
