STEP – the international mobility experience
Adecco's Short Term Exchange Programme (STEP) offers a small, easy and effective step towards International Mobility. It is effectively a job exchange between two colleagues from branches in different countries who take over each other's jobs for a minimum period of one month. It is addressed to top performers at branch level, who are looking to experience a 'step' towards international mobility.
