Adecco Institute - Labour market research

Research for forward-looking perspectives

By making the best possible use of the information gained from employing over 700,000 people on a day-to-day basis, we are in a unique position to provide insights into labour markets around the world and to develop approaches to improving employment conditions. Against this background, we also invest in developing our expertise.

Through the Adecco Institute and other research organisations, we regularly consult internal and external stakeholders as well as our clients to ascertain the trends and developments that affect them most. These consultations are documented in our series of studies and white papers.

Our global research centre

Innovative thinking about work

The institute, founded in 2006, provides a forward-thinking and fact-based perspective on the nature and future of work. It develops innovative approaches to helping organisations and regions raise employability, productivity and employee satisfaction. The Adecco Institute is committed to facilitating discussions among all stakeholders on the broad topic of labour and how it affects our society. The goal of the institute is to develop ways for private and public organisations, as well as regions, to raise employability, productivity and employee satisfaction.
