Innovative thinking about work
The institute, founded in 2006, provides a forward-thinking and fact-based perspective on the nature and future of work. It develops innovative approaches to helping organisations and regions raise employability, productivity and employee satisfaction. The Adecco Institute is committed to facilitating discussions among all stakeholders on the broad topic of labour and how it affects our society. The goal of the institute is to develop ways for private and public organisations, as well as regions, to raise employability, productivity and employee satisfaction.
