Our social commitment
The Adecco foundations are non-profit organisations that directly or indirectly help disadvantaged groups enter the labour market. As they are not under pressure to make a profit, the foundations can concentrate on the needs of target groups, and build an important basis for the Adecco Group’s social commitments.
