We know that the demand for qualified people is outstripping supply – particularly among healthcare providers and the pharmaceutical industry segments. R&D programs are expanding, and testing requirements spiralling. Public and private hospital and home care sectors are enlarging, as people live longer and expectations of healthcare standards rise.  All of this activity places even greater pressure on the providers we work with around the world.

With 38 years of experience in Medical and Science services we have the conviction that the most critical issue in this sector is the capacity to deliver targeted recruitment assignments. We achieve this through our in-depth screening process and efficient fidelity programs that permit us to guarantee to our Clients the best professionals in place at the right time.

We deliver our services to more than 15,000 Medical and Pharmacy institutes and companies. We have designed our services to meet the needs of our Clients:

  • Temporary Staffing: To deliver high-quality care and protect their patients, Medical & Science firms must maintain a constant level of personnel for both their day and night shifts. Our Clients are increasingly facing difficulties meeting this responsibility.  We work with them to identify and plan for both their long-term and short-term staffing requirements.  This will include finding the right professional when they need someone to replace a sick or injured employee, or when they need to cover an employee on vacation. In several of our countries we offer 24hour delivery to respond to any urgent needs.
  • Permanent Placement:  Globally, we know there is a shortage of skilled professionals in the fields of Medical and Science.  Because of our worldwide network and our years of experience in selecting and recruiting the right candidate, we offer a number of services in the area of permanent placement including, in several countries, our programs to import competences coming from aboard.
  •  Secondment: To meet our Clients requirements to retain flexibility in their workforce or to cover short-term needs, we can also find the right professional capable of working a contract over a longer time frame, approximately one to six months in duration.
  • Outsourcing:  When a Client needs a complete solution for the delivery and management of their Medical or Science business, we are able to meet their requirements and provide all level of services such as medical professionals, catering, administrative, cleaning, and human resources.
  • Delegation of Service: The 'on-site' service model ensures full partnership and integration between Adecco Medical and Science and the customer with our team and software being placed directly inside its human resources service.

International Mobility - We are aware that international mobility is a very important issue.
