In Australia, where demand for raw materials is at an all-time high, Adecco IT, under its professional services brand Ajilon Consulting, is helping one of the world’s largest mining firms transform its supply chain and significantly increase its output of ore over the next five years. To do this, the company needed to move from a supply-driven production model to a demand-based business that allowed customers more seamless access to its ore inventories.
