Judith A. Sprieser was the Chief Executive Officer of the US technology software and services company Transora, Inc., until 2005. Previously she held various senior executive positions at Sara Lee Corporation until May 2000, after having joined the company in 1987. Ms. Sprieser currently serves as a non-executive director of Allstate Insurance Company, USG Corporation, Reckitt Benckiser, Royal Ahold and Intercontinental Exchange. She is a member of the Board of Trustees of Northwestern University, from which she earned a Master of Business Administration degree.
