Özcan Nalbant, 29, German, telecoms engineering graduate. While studying for a second degree in industrial engineering, he sent his CV to Adecco, who placed him in a job ideally suited to his qualifications and wishes: installing and signing off state-of-the-art electronics on telecoms buildings. A team player at work and in private, he captains his local football club and encourages young people in his community to get involved.
