Miwako Mizushina, 30, opera singer and mortgage consultant. A music graduate, Miwako performs at festivals and gives her own concerts, but is equally at home in plays and musicals. She approached Adecco to broaden her career horizons. An assessment of her skills led to a job with a bank as part of a team advising home purchasers. Miwako hopes one day to bring the house down in a packed concert hall.
